1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the browser-based NX Trainers service, including AI coaching features, subscription services, and related content. By creating an account, starting a subscription, redeeming an access code, or using NX, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
NX provides AI-generated fitness, nutrition, motivation, and habit-support information for general wellness purposes. NX is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for advice from a physician, registered dietitian, mental health professional, certified trainer, or other qualified professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether activities, meals, and recommendations are appropriate for you. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, or any concerning symptoms.
3. Accounts
NX is available only to United States residents who are at least 18 years old. You must accurately confirm your age eligibility and United States residency, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account from Settings.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
NX Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, and taxes are shown before purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Stripe billing account may be charged for renewal before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal available in NX Settings.
- Deleting your NX account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- Refund requests are handled by Stripe/NX under the applicable purchase terms and law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse NX, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use NX in a way that could harm others.
6. AI Content
AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You should review recommendations carefully, use common sense, and seek professional guidance when needed. NX may change, improve, limit, or remove AI features at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
NX, its branding, software, interface, generated plans, and content are owned by NX Trainers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use NX for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Trainer Text Messages
Trainer text messages are optional and require separate consent and phone verification. If you opt in, message frequency is up to one proactive coaching text per day plus replies to texts you send. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, START to resume after a carrier opt-out, or HELP for help. Consent is not required to use or purchase NX. See the SMS program page for details.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
NX is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injuries or losses arising from your use of fitness or nutrition recommendations.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of NX after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
