NX Trainers offers recurring automated coaching messages from the AI trainer a user selects in NX. The program is available only to registered U.S. users age 18 or older who separately opt in and verify their number.

How Users Opt In

Texting is an optional NX feature. Consent is never bundled with registration, purchase, or another agreement.

  1. Create an NX account. Text-message consent is not part of account registration and is not required to use or purchase NX.
  2. Choose the optional “Let your trainer text you” step after registration, or open Settings later.
  3. Enter a personal U.S. mobile number and separately check the unchecked consent box shown here.
  4. Verify ownership of the number using the one-time code sent by Twilio Verify.
  5. Receive an enrollment confirmation identifying NX Trainers and restating frequency, rates, STOP, and HELP.

Let Your Trainer Text You

Add your mobile number so your trainer can send coaching check-ins and reply when you text. Texting is optional, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings or reply STOP.

Program

NX Trainers Trainer Text Messages: automated fitness, nutrition, habit-support, and accountability coaching.

Frequency

Up to one proactive coaching text per local day, plus replies when the user sends a text. Frequency varies with user activity.

Cost

NX does not charge a separate texting fee. Message and data rates may apply according to the user’s mobile plan.

Stop or Get Help

Reply STOP to cancel, START to resume after a carrier opt-out, or HELP for help. Users may also disable texts in NX Settings.

We use mobile numbers, consent records, and message content only to operate, secure, and support the NX coaching text program and through service providers acting on our behalf.

We do not sell mobile information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.
